In most CAM systems you have to go through a number of steps before you can take your design and turn it into machine ready G-Code. Contours sorting, direction of cut, tool selection, kerf compensation, feeds, speeds, cut order, etc. EZ G Code Creator does this work for you. With its intelligent contour analyzer EZ G-Code Creator automatically compounds and sorts contours using an elaborate rule sets. Then it nests the parts, relocates the start points, and sets the cut order. The parameters for the tool path or kerf compensation are stored in a database file that cross references tool parameters based on the material selected.
