Optional Modules

Once you own EZ GCode Creator, you can build on the products capabilities by adding optional modules.

Advanced Nesting

EZ GCode Creator comes standard with Block Shape nesting which is good for cabinet parts and basic block shapes. Random Shape nesting will give a much better material utilization of complicated shapes.

EZ Labeling

The EZ Label system will allow you to label your cut parts. The system includes a label printer and labels are printed in the order that they are nested on the sheet. A 8.5 x 11 document is also printed showing the placement of the labels. The easy to use user interface allows the user full access to the layout of the label including the ability to add bar-coding for part inventory tracking.

EZ Material Remnant Tracking

EZ GCode Creator can keep track of your material inventory. When processing a nested job, there is always some useful material left on the last sheet. EZ GCodes smart nesting algorithm will pull the parts on the last sheet into a rectangular shape and then automatically cut off the remainder of the sheet. This part will be added back into the material inventory and given a high priority so that it gets cut early on during the next nested job.
